My name is Bart and dairy farming has been a common thread throughout my life. What started as an interest in living and working with animals on the farm grew into a true passion. After studying Economics, I therefore decided to continue my education at the agricultural college in Leeuwarden. I then studied Dairy Farming at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
During my education, I was always active in practice. With my diploma in hand, I immediately started working in the agricultural sector. In various roles, dairy farming remained central, and the cow was always close by. Over the years, I have seen firsthand the challenges dairy farmers face daily. It is precisely this practical experience that forms the foundation of BestBart.
